Dear Sadhus,

Hare Krsna. Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

On a car ride back from a program, His Holiness Sacinandana Swami, who is visiting our Temple in the bay area this week, reflected on an important question many of us may have from time to time: "When we have a choice to perform many services, how can we be sure if we're doing the absolutely right thing ?". And then Maharaja answered it himself: "When we are engaged in services that help others to become Krsna conscious, then such a decision will never ever be wrong".

At Sadhu Sanga, our goal is to serve all of you - who are doing the absolutely right thing throughout the year in your areas helping others become Krsna conscious - by providing an environment for each of you to absorb in the chanting of the holy names in the association of so many advanced devotees throughout the day for the entire long weekend with no distraction.

At the same time, we are fully dependent on you for running the festival as well!

So, we've created a simple volunteer system by which if everyone signs up for just 2 hours of volunteer service, that's all we need. You can relish the kirtans and association and relax for all the remaining 70 hours you'll be at the retreat. So we kindly request devotees to please sign-up for your favorite service from your dashboard. And please show up at your service area on time as per what you signed up for!

In order to thank everyone who signs up to do such selfless service, we are awaiting to gift one of these two beautifully designed t-shirts of your choice:

Design 1: "Vrindavan Mood" (by Mangalavati-dasi)

The front is a recreation of the famous design that's painted with the names of Sri Radha and Sri Krsna throughout Vrindavan by a baba (who passed away recently). The text at the back is a play on the famous phrase "I think, therefore I am" by Rene Descartes which is on the mental platform (mano-maya) and bring it to the highest platform of bliss (ananda-maya) in which a devotee feels so dependent on the mercy of Krsna (which is received through the sincere chanting of the Hare Krsna mahamantra) as the basis of their existence

Design 2: "Dasanu Das" (by Rukmini Poddar and Jahnavi Harrison)

This illustrates a devotee's goal in life which is only to live to serve as the servant of the servants of the servants of .... the servants of the holy names: Hare Krsna.

Both designs are available for men, women and kids in multiple colors.

Once again, here is the link to sign-up for services.

Hare Krsna,
your servants,
Govinda caran das & Rasika siromani dasi.
