Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat 2022 is scheduled to take place this Memorial Day Weekend (May 27-30) at the beautiful outdoor venue of Shri Shri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah. All the accommodations will be at offsite hotels this year which are 10-20 mins away as there are no onsite accommodations.

The registration fee is $250 per person this year including accomodation, nine meals of prasadam, access to all kirtans and parking. Kids aged 5 or below are free, but they need to be included in the registration. This fee assumes there’ll be 3-4 paying adults in each hotel room.

Due to Covid concerns, we will not be finding roommates for anyone this year. So, we suggest you talk to your friends/family with whom you want to share your room with and register as a group, so that your group can be allocated the room(s) directly. If you would like to have a private room just for one person, you will need to pay an additional fee of $200. If you would like to have a private room for just 2 people, you will need to pay an additional fee of $100 for your group.

This year’s registration is open now via the ‘Sadhu Sanga’ mobile app. You can download it from AppStore/PlayStore. If you already have the app installed you have to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of the ‘App Outdated’ message.

We are limiting the number of attendees for the event to 1500 this year, due to the new venue. Once we hit this limit, the later registrations will go into a waitlisted state. Please do not be discouraged if that happens to you. In the past there have been many cancellations and we were able to move many devotees from Waitlisted to Confirmed state based on the order in which their registrations came through.

We will be following the Covid safety protocols as recommended by the CDC and the Utah state during that time and we will be sharing those for your reference, closer to the start of the event.

We are happy to offer the retreat for free for the first 50 disciples of Srila Prabhupada who register. It’s our humble reciprocation to the countless sacrifices they have performed for our movement and to all of us. As we did in previous years, they will need to do the registration and pay the amount now. When they check-in for the event, they will receive the reimbursement check for $250.
